Detailed technical features:

 

1. Drum

- Head: 8mm high abrasion-resistant steel, Q345A-8

- Shell: 5 mm high abrasion-resistant steel, Q345A-5

-Blades: 4 mm thick abrasion-resistant steel. Q345A-4

 

 

2. Drum Track

Forged Steel wide roller track to lower stress between drum roller and track.

 

 

3.. Drum Roller 

Surface hardened 8-inch diameter alloy steel with refined roller bearings.

 

 

4. Gear Box 

Two stage P5300 series ZF drive gear box with a deep reduction drive.

 

 

5. Rear Ladder

Two stage design angles out for easier ascent by drivers. Ladders at both sides with safety design.

 

 

6. Discharge Chutes

Nearly 180°full swing to pinpoint material discharging.

 

 

7. Subframe and pedestals

Mounted each side with two positions. Front pedestal is made from high strength steel.

 

 

8. Charging Hopper 

Wide charging hopper opening with 30" throat for smooth charging.

 

 

9. Discharge Hopper 

New 20% larger design for easier clean-up and better flow with 45 degree drop angle.

 

 

10. Chute Pivot

Hand operated chute pivot is both safe and reliable.

 

 

11. Seven Position Chute Lock

7 positions with positive lock to ensure safeness and effectiveness.

 

 

12. Water Tank

550L top mounted pressurized steel water tank.
